Taking Shape's Mission

Developing leaders here, near and far since 2015.

Taking Shape began with our STAR Leadership Curriculum™ impacting local communities with dance studios and small organizations teaching the program to students. Taking Shape's founder, Tracey Wozny, was then introduced to Pastor Jean Dieugrand, the Director of Le Phare Orphanage in Port au Prince, Haiti, and an immediate connection was forged. Taking Shape saw an opportunity to deliver their leadership curriculum, education and resources to the underserved community of Port au Prince to spread the impact of servant leadership around the world. Purchases of STAR Leadership Curriculum™ benefit students hear, near and far by allowing us to continually improve our programs, and to help us provide resources to our partner school in Haiti.
